  • The return period is 45 days from the date you purchased the product.
  • We do not allow multiple returns of the same model of device. This is to prevent any fraudulent use or continued use without payment.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping fees incurred by non-defective product returns. These fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • Please contact Binowav via email hello@binowav.com or telephone +1(888) 884-9145 before making a return. This will allow us to provide you with a return label. For customers outside the United States, we recommend reaching out to us via email.
  • To ensure that returned products do not affect future sales, customers must make sure the returned product is in a condition suitable for resale. If not, there may be a restocking fee incurred.
  • Accessories and extended warranty insurance products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Customers are responsible for any risks or delays that may arise from unauthorized returns, such as delayed receipt or lost packages.
  • Reselling any products purchased from us, either through our website or any other means, is strictly prohibited in all circumstances.
