At Binowav, we are proud to offer free shipping on all of our hearing aid products. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number for easy order tracking.

For OTC Hearing Aids (LUNA & LUNA Pro)

Our standard processing time is up to 2 business days, with an estimated shipping time of 2-10 business days.

To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience, we kindly request the following considerations:

  • Please do not reject the delivery of your package, as any losses incurred due to package rejection will be the responsibility of the customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us to request a return label.
  • If you discover any missing parts in your package within seven days of receipt, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue.
  • Please be mindful of the accuracy of your shipping address, as any delivery failures due to incorrect information will be the responsibility of the customer.

    For Custom Hearing Aids (AudCraft)

    Here is the complete process for customized hearing aids:

    Within 2 business days, we will review the hearing data uploaded by the customer (Process 1). After confirmation of accuracy, our audiologists will generate the hearing program for the customer and load it into the programmable hearing aid within 3 business days (Process 2). Then, it will proceed to the shipment (Process 3), with standard delivery times of 5-10 business days. Therefore, the estimated time from placing the order to receiving the customized hearing aid is approximately 10-15 business days. We will keep the customer informed of the latest progress in the customized order by providing updates at the beginning and end of each process.
