Do I need a prescription or a hearing test in order to purchase?

You don't need a prescription or even an audiogram (hearing test) to purchase our hearing aids. Our technology allows you to pick different modes and volume settings so you can find the best combination of sound for your ears.

How will I know if the device will be a good fit?

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within the US takes 1-3 business days to fulfill, and 3-7 business days to be delivered to your house.

What happens if I'm not completely satisfied with my hearing aids?

If at any time, within the first 45 days of use you're not happy with your Binowav hearing aids, contact us by email hello@binowav.com or call (888) 884-9145 to speak with a customer service agent to start your return process and obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA will have a 20% NO-RMA fee deducted from their refund amount issued. You are responsible for and must pay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to Binowav Hearing Solutions.
