Warranty For OTC Devices

Every purchase comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. This covers defective products and will guarantee a free replacement in the case of a defective product. This does not cover broken, lost, or water-damaged products.

If you've signed up for our Premium Protection Plan, you won't have to pay full price for a replacement pair if your otc hearing aids gets lost, damaged, wet, or if you just want to replace the old with the new. Instead, you'll only need to pay a small deductible fee of $69/pair for LUNA, $89/pair for LUNA Pro.
