All is great with the hearing aids I will work more with them to get the right mode and right hearing level. I really like them they are comfortable too!
Just wish I could order only the one size ear tip so I have them on hand. I haven’t tried to remove them from the tube yet so I’m hoping I won’t tear one. Thank you

Right side hearing aid quit 4 days ago. Tried cleaning, charging,. Would like to have it replaced
It's been about 2 weeks since receiving the aids, am pleased with them and how well they work. The low cost is a definite plus as am on fixed budget. My spouse is happy also as she doesn't have to repeat everything and the TV is so loud. Thanks for a good product.

Very pleased, easy to use, wife happy because she can turn down the sound on the tv and doesn't need to talk so loudly all the time, Crystal clear sound has improved my Hearing greatly.
Have them about two weeks a little uncomfortable but the hearing is excellent have the original aids charge lasted 6 hrs the pros last all day fantastic
to be honest they were the best I have tried in the last few years, unfortunately about a week ago my right ear hearing has quit working. I have owned hearing aids that cost 2000.00 and they were not nearly as good as the Luna pro. The only problem I have with them are the ear tubes being too short and hurting the tops of my ears.
I bought these as a gift for my dad. (Medicare doesn’t cover hearing aids and my parents sure don’t have the money for them. I imagine most people at their age don’t have that kind of money laying around.) He is so happy to be able to hear! My mom is so happy that she can call for him from another room and he hears her! It’s been about a week and they are both so happy. They seem to be comfortable and are working well. Thank you for making this an affordable solution to help my parents with such an important thing. I would recommend to anyone!
Really impressed with the sound quality and the ease of adjusting the volume and the background settings the price is unbelievable for a pair of hearing aids. Will definitely recommend to my friends also the battery life is unbelievable adding the portable charging case was really a good move
